THE PROCESS
Here's an overview of what you can expect working with together from start to finish. I'm known for my personalized, yet laid-back approach.
1. initial consult
Once you fill out a contact form, I'll send you some more info. From there we set up a super casual consult call.
When you're ready to make it official, I'll send over a proposal of services. In this online document you'll be able to pay your 50% retainer and sign the contract to officially get on my calendar.
2. PROPOSAL DELIVERY

I'll work closely with you and your planner to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the lead up to your wedding day! You'll receive style and planning guides to give you the inside scoop on how to get the best images possible.
4. engagement session
If you've booked an engagement session, we'll work together to get you the dreamiest pics for your save the dates and get to know each other IRL!
5. Pre-wedding CHECK-IN
A month or two before your wedding, I'll check-in with you to send over a questionnaire to get all the info I need to create your photo timeline.
6. YOUR wedding DAY
I'll be all over the place making sure you get pics of moments you didn't even know were happening. That way you can focus on having the best party ever!
You can expect a sneak peek of your images within 1 week of your wedding day! From there, I will carefully curate and edit your gallery, which you can expect no later than 10 weeks after your wedding. After that, I'll be in touch with some snail mail as a thank you for letting me peek into your love story.

I tell stories. The kind that are unapologetically you. You won't catch me ruining the vibes. You might forget I'm even at your reception (except when you find me and your maid of honor busting it down to Mr. Brightside). I'm an expert at reading a room. I know when it's time to give you space and let you have uninterrupted moments, but I am happy to step in provide you with guidance to ensure you always look your best. I'm always anticipating the unexpected, so if that means standing on tables or getting low on the dancefloor, I'll always be there for the good shit.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
Within 10 weeks for most weddings.
Do you take any posed photos on a wedding day?
Absolutely. I will always create time for some formal portraits of you two, your wedding party, and immediate family. I know that these photos are important and don't want to discourage them. I'll give direction and guidance when necessary during your allotted portrait time to ensure you look and feel your best, but for most of the day I want things to unfold naturally so you can remember your day without any artificially created moments.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I take on a limited amount of weddings outside of the Central VA and DMV area every year. Inquire to see if I'm available for your date.
*At this time, I am not able to accommodate travel outside of the DMV area.
What's the investment?
I create tailored packages for each client. My years of experience have taught me that no two weddings ever run the same and everyone has different needs and wants. Wedding day pricing begins at $4500 in the Charlottesville and Richmond, VA area. Most clients choose to invest around $6500.
